Excellent Service and Knowledge.I was shopping for a Nectre 290C Natural Gas insert for a fireplace insert. I was unsure of installation and suitability. Ruth was wonderful. Whilst on the telephone, Ruth was able to send me photographs of the installation in store and provide the necessary advice on suitability for my fireplace. Today I attended the store. The product ready for me. Even a sale price which was a pleasant surprise. Ruth arranged extra installation advice from a lovely gentleman. We were able to compare photographs. I walked away a very satisfied happy customer. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing shop, a must visit if youre building or renovating a place in Melbourne. The range of furniture and fittings here is unlike anything Ive ever seen before. For period homes and industrial style places, theres such a variety of everything from baths to fireplaces to lights. The cafe within the warehouse is a pretty big drawcard too. The prices are great. $2 for a coffee is a bargain. You can get a full lunch for under $10.
Excellent customer service. I was notified immediately when my delivery was ready for pick up and was greeted by Nick, a lovely staff member, who kindly helped me load the car. It was such an easy process, definitely using their services again!
Worth a visit. Massive range of lighting and furniture. Bathroom fixtures and fittings. Perfect for those who are building or renovating a period or industrial style home. Cafe upstairs too which is great for a snack and coffee whilst you shop.
