I have never had such a positive experience with a travel agent before. Ellen was amazing. She actually listened to what we wanted & there was no pressure to book anything straight away; she took the time to make adjustments to make sure we were creating something that we were entirely happy with before booking even if this meant emails and phone calls back and forth. In fact, it was almost like talking to a friend. I highly recommend this travel agent!
