Good station but trains are being cancelled very often and replaced with buses (which is a nightmare going up punt road). When it works - getting into the city is amazingly quick and easy. When it doesn't it is a nightmare.
Major interchange station and fully staffed. The morning announcement on the train really annoys me though.
