Usually Its not common for me to post a negative review but after my visit on the 3/1/19 I felt that this review was appropriate for the Clifton Hill store.The customer service was terrible and bordering on insulting. Initially I had waited over 15min while another person was been served with no acknowledgment of my presence what so ever.I walked out for a while and tried once again with little service only after 5mins a person actually served me. He was very insulting with the questions asked and showed little care for making a sale. I wouldnt bother entering the shop unless you enjoy been interrogated just to buy a pair of shoes and made to feel like you dont have the right to be there..if a zero star was available that would fit the store and staff customer service perfectly. Unfortunately I wouldnt know what a perfect fit was as I never was given the chance to try anything on..Dont waste your time going there if fair customer service is important to you...
As promised by others these guys were brilliant and went out of their way.
