I was in rent for one the Units in the apartment for past four years. The property manager was Kirby McPhee. I had a very satisfying and positive living experience. House was in good condition while moving in. If there was need for any attention then property manager was always available and most of the issues where fixed with a quick turnaround. There was a regular inspection of the house, so that there was no surprises while handing over the house back. Property manager was very supportive for the entire duration of the stay. While handing over the house also it was a smoot transition. I just went with the cleaning company recommended by them (Steve from xPress cleaning). It all went very well. I recommend Harrington Earl for renting. Especially Kirby (Property Manager) is very cooperative and understanding to work with. I did not had any regrets while I was renting. Thanking you,Shivaraj
Rented with them for 4 years. Always responsive and very helpful. All maintenance requests were handled promptly and taking into account our needs. Gemma was a great property manager, very helpful throughout our time. When it came time to leave, they provided a great reference for us for our new property. it was great working with them and would happily do so again in the future
We'd just like to share our very positive experience with the staff at Harrington Earl. We were renting a property through HE and during that time, any problems we had were solved promptly and without any problems. Unfortunately after 3 years the owner decided to change agents, and shortly after we were presented with an excessive rent increase that prompted us to move out. The ineptitude demonstrated by the new agent during the final weeks of our tenancy was disgraceful. During this difficult time we were provided with exceptional support and advice from HE and it really highlighted the difference in quality between the two agents. Gemma and Kirby really helped us s well as being positive and supportive. We dont own property in Australia but if we ever do buy here, we will definitely go through HE as we have absolute faith in them and dont have anything but positive words for them.
The best real estate for rental that Ive ever had (Ive had 9 different ones in 9 years). I had Gemma and she was totally sensational. She looked out for me partner and I and was always super attentive, friendly, proactive and thoughtful. We were so blown away by the service.
