We had amazing customer service from Nicolas, he clipped our nervous dachshund's nails and managed to keep him calm the whole way through the ordeal - would definitely recommend any dog who has a fear of this procedure to go and see Nicolas.
They were able to squeeze in a last minute dog wash for our two dogs. Great service and quick too.

This place is great. We've been going for years for guinea pig stuff, but now we have a doggie it's got everything. And one of the staff was able to answer all our questions, and make heaps of helpful suggestions. Wonderful place.
