I was given a price on the Myer Market website for a stovetop with the pick up option being Appliance Warehouse in Clifton Hill. I sent my father down to the warehouse instead of buying it online and when he showed the staff member the price, he said no that price is incorrect. The staff member then decided to call Myer Market about the price advertised online, after a while he said I will never get that price. A little confused my father left the shop and went back home. I then went back onto the website again, the price of the stovetop had gone up nearly $700 more than what I originally saw it for. This is very misleading and I have since purchased it from a competitor as I believe this is very unprofessional.
Good informative service. Small store so don't have too much variety but enough for what you need.
Terrible service, wouldnt recommend this business to any of my peers. Be sure to check that the item you purchase is up to standards it will save you the heartache. Customer satisfaction zero.
Very appalled with the quality of product ive received. Purchased brand new sink, factory manufactured only to have a disgusting eye sore of a second hand. It had bent sides and axles. When I complained to the manager he insisted thats how theyre made. Total waste of time and money, would not recommend this place to anyone not until they learn to pick their staff who ACTUALLY care about customer service and learn to know whats factory made and second hand.
Do NOT deal with this Company.The Manager is totally disrespectfull, terribly unprofessional and VERY aggravating to deal with.I'm not discrediting other staff that've been rather helpful in resolving our dispute however, this unsatisfactory rating is purely due to me holding both Company and its Manager accountable, for wasting valuable time and effort to all parties involved in the project.I will also lodge my formal complaint directly with the manufacturer to review this distributor.Please read the other negative reviews and be warned.
