Laid back and helpful staff with a good selection of accessories. I bought a new saddle here after 2 years of searching for a replacement - couldn't find it stocked anywhere but here. I haven't had my bike serviced here though, so I can't comment on that (I don't live in the area anymore).
Super knowledgeable staff, and staff who recognize that you have knowledge as well, let me test ride to my heart's desire I must've lapped that hill 20 or so times out front of their shop. Really loved Simon's service here, absolutely lovely bloke couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a couple bikes, 10/10 would buy my next bike through these guys

We recently bought a bike for our daughter at this shop. After having some issues (we thought the bike was somehow faulty) I brought it back to the shop. The gentleman at the counter had a look at it and knew straight away what happened. They fixed it in a couple of hours without any charge. 5stars for customer care and service. Well done!
